Training is done on an individual basis or in small groups with customized workouts for up to 4 people. Sessions are scheduled 1, 2, 3 or more times per week or bi-weekly or monthly. Sessions lengths are 30, 45 or 60 minutes. We start with a Private Consultation. Learn to Run, 5K, 10K, ½-marathon, full marathon, multi-sport (duathlon, triathlon). Participants meet weekly for group tempo runs, speed training, hill work and receive a progressive running and/or cycling program designed to achieve your goal distance or race event timeline. Programs usually culminate in clinic participants attending a local running or multi-sport event.
