Thrive Fitness Group Classes Schedule and Descriptions September 2020

Monday

  • 12pm – Full Body Workout: Up to 6 people allowed in the workout. Moderate-Higher Intensity exercises. No barbells used. Using DBs, KBs, TRX, Bands, Bodyweight.

Tuesday

  • 6am – Lower Body Workout: Up to 6 people allowed in the workout. No barbells used. Using DBs, KBs, TRX, Bands, Bodyweight.
  • 9am – Low-Moderate Impact Lower Body Workout: Up to 6 people allowed in the workout. No barbells used. Using DBs, KBs, TRX, Bands, Bodyweight.
  • 5:15pm – Lower Body Free Weight Workout: Up to 4 people allowed in the workout. Moderate-Higher Intensity exercises. Using barbells, DBs, KBs, etc…

Wednesday

  • 12pm – Full Body Workout: Up to 6 people allowed in the workout. Moderate-Higher Intensity exercises. No barbells used. Using DBs, KBs, TRX, Bands, Bodyweight.

Thursday

  • 6am – Upper Body Workout: Up to 6 people allowed in the workout. No barbells used. Using DBs, KBs, TRX, Bands, Bodyweight.
  • 9am – Low-Moderate Impact Upper Body Workout: Up to 6 people allowed in the workout. No barbells used. Using DBs, KBs, TRX, Bands, Bodyweight.
  • 5:15pm – Upper Body Free Weight Workout: Up to 4 people allowed in the workout. Moderate-Higher Intensity exercises. Using barbells, DBs, KBs, etc…

 Saturday

  • 7:30am/8:30am – Full Body High Impact Class: Metcon. Weights. All bets are off. Need we say more?

 

* We reserve the right to cancel any class that does not meet minimum participant number requirements (2 persons). Please note that this is a working schedule – if these class times are not well attended on a consistent basis, we will look to adjust this schedule for October. *
