Are you new to Thrive? Are you wondering how you can get started?

Welcome to your gym! We look forward to meeting you and helping you on your wellness journey.

Below is some basic information about initial steps you can expect as a new client.

Of course, we are happy to answer any questions you might have. Please feel free to use the link below or call/text 705-440-6632

Step 1 – Intake Form

After your Initial Consult, if you decide to get started at Thrive, your next step is to complete your Intake forms. In only a few minutes, these one-time forms will capture some additional information that will help us help you! We send you these forms by email; they are completed online and include a Waiver form as well.

Step 2 – Initial Consultation

We highly recommend starting here. Reach out to schedule an Initial Consultation. In this 15-30-minute appointment, we will discuss your goals and fitness interests, chat about any health concerns as well as answer questions regarding training structure (frequency, duration, etc.), scheduling, costs and any other information related to helping you get started with us!

There is NO COST for this appointment. We are not in the business of “selling fitness.” Instead, we create effective solutions to elevate your fitness and well-being.

Step 3 – Initial Assessment

This 60-minute appointment involves doing some easy-to-learn exercises that provide us with details about how your body is functioning. We then use this information to get you started in your training at a level that is best for you!

As a new client, we offer a Started Package for both our Personal Training (PT) and Group Workout services. Each of these packages includes the cost of the Initial Assessment and your first 3 workout sessions.

What to wear?

A separate pair of clean indoor shoes is a must. Wear clothing you are comfortable moving in. Cubbies are available to store any other items while you workout. We have shower and changing facilities as well. Please bring your own amenities.

What to Bring?

Your energy. Your enthusiasm. Your willingness to try, to learn, to do. Bring your questions, your limitations, your hesitations and even your fears. By simply showing up, you’ve already done the hardest part. We’ll be with you every step of your health journey.
