I have been fortunate to train at Thrive with Steve and Ann for 3 years now. They have been a big part of helping me achieve my goals off the ice, as I have transitioned from minor hockey to playing in the OHL. Their gym is a great place to work out in a fun and supportive atmosphere!

Adriana has had the opportunity to train at Thrive Fitness over the past two years.
