What you can expect as a Thrive Fitness Athlete
Specificity: As a Thrive Athlete, you will work through a strength & conditioning program tailored specifically to your individual needs. This includes consideration towards an athlete’s sort, position, training goals, schedule, training status, age, gender and past/current injuries.
Safety: As a Thrive Athlete, you will learn to prioritize technique and safety over load and results. You are continuously supported by Thrive coaches, whose role is to educate, demonstrate, encourage, and ensure your health and safety at all times.
Attentiveness: As a Thrive Athlete, you will receive a high level of attention to detail and dedication to the development and elevation of your individual performance. High level coaching practices combined with individualized programming ensures that you receive the support you need to elevate your game.
Education & Support: Being an athlete does not stop once you have left the court/ice/floor/gym/field. It is a commitment that demands constant drive and attention. At Thrive, we are not simply focused on the competitive aspect of your training, but we also strive to educate you on the importance of recovery, nutrition, mental health, life-sport balance, and the value of a strong support system.

Single Workout – $20.00
Up to 3 Workouts/week – $110/mo

Personal Training Fundamentals
Knowledge – we specialize in functional exercises and programs involving proven, sound training techniques and methods. We also understand the challenges and life circumstances that affect your ability to workout and be successful in your goals.
Accountability – we will keep you on track, keep you motivated and keep you engaged. Results – obviously….we ONLY create programs that are effective, beneficial and geared to your goals.
Safety – we ONLY provide exercises and programs that are safe and based on current and up-to-date training methods. We are also equipped with CPR and 1st aid training and keep up-to-date on our certifications.
Education – We work to help you better understand how to help yourself. We also strive to stay current on developing trends and information as it relates to health and fitness.
Convenience – we take the guess work out of working out. All you do is show up, bring your energy and your challenges, and we do the rest
